Message log records information about each message processed by the email security. Each message’s information is recorded in real time by the SMS Platform Message Log.
The period of time message records are stored in the database is determined by the volume of messages and the partition capacity of the database. Use the Export option to export the log on a regular basis to preserve communication records. The Message Log records are not deleted when you export them. It saves log data in CSV or HTML format.
Period filtering (month, year, day), route filtering (gate, operator, nation, and so on), content filtering (message ID, sender, and text), and options filtering are all available. If there is a problem with your SMS traffic, you must take this initial action.
